No Model Training
Zero customer prompts or API tokens are used to train foundational AI models.

1. Zero-Retention & Model Training Commitment
When you submit prompts, code, files, or multimodal inputs via Zero AI Chat or the Zero Labs API Gateway (/api/v1/chat/completions), your input is streamed directly to inference nodes to generate a real-time response.
We categorically do not store prompt bodies after completion generation, nor do we feed user conversations into foundation model weights, reinforcement learning pipelines, or public benchmark datasets.
2. Information We Collect
We only collect the minimal information necessary to deliver high-performance compute and platform services:
- Account Authentication Data: Email address and encrypted authentication credentials managed via Supabase Auth.
- API Key Metadata: Key label, display prefix (e.g.
zl-sk-live-...), request counts, and last used timestamp. - Token Telemetry & Billing: Numerical token usage counts (
prompt_tokens,completion_tokens) and ₹100 promotional credit balance deductions. - Technical Diagnostics: Anonymized HTTP response status codes, TTFB latency, and edge routing performance metrics.
3. How Information is Processed
Data collected is utilized exclusively for:
Inference Execution
Routing requests to Titan Pro and Titan Ultra GPU clusters with 128k context support.
Abuse & DDoS Prevention
Rate limiting high-frequency anomalies to ensure 99.98% cluster availability for all users.
4. Security & Encryption Standards
We employ defense-in-depth infrastructure security:
- TLS 1.3 Transport Security: All API and browser traffic is strictly encrypted in transit over HTTPS.
- AES-256 Storage Encryption: Database records, user metadata, and sessions are encrypted at rest.
- Zero-Knowledge API Secrets: Secret keys generated on the dashboard are hashed with SHA-256 immediately. Even Zero Labs engineers cannot decrypt or view your raw key after generation.
5. API Keys & Token Telemetry
When calling our OpenAI-compatible endpoints, each request is authenticated via Bearer tokens. We log solely the request timestamp, model called (titan-pro or titan-ultra), and token count. Request payloads and response bodies are streamed ephemerally and never logged to persistent audit trails.
6. Your Rights & Data Deletion
You maintain total ownership of your account and data:
- Chat History Deletion: You can delete any individual conversation session or wipe your full chat archive from the chat settings modal.
- API Key Revocation: Revoke any API key instantly from the API Platform dashboard to terminate all active sessions.
- Right to Erasure (GDPR / CCPA): Request complete deletion of your account, email, and associated telemetry by emailing our privacy team.
